Cancellation Policy

We offer cancellations only if a particular applicable policy has not been created. In some instances you may cancel your order in a timely manner by contacting us at jennifersomethingart@gmail.com. We reserve the right to refuse a cancellation.

Refunds

All sales are final. Each piece is hand painted upon placing an order. All efforts are made to preserve and protect the original state of each piece. Because our products are reclaimed materials and found in nature, finishes and sizes will vary and some elements may become loose (i.e. particles of bark) but should not be considered defective. More information can be found under “Product Details” below.
In the unlikely event that manufacturer defect should be found, return and exchange/refund requests will be honored solely upon Jennifer’s discretion and approval. You may initiate a request for a return/exchange/refund by contacting us at jennifersomethingart@gmail.com. Special and/or Custom Orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/return/exchange request.

Warranty

We hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to this and any information, products and services, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular response, title and non-infringement.

Product Details

Products are reclaimed materials and found in nature, therefore finishes, sizes and conditions will vary as disclosed on the Website. Jennifer inspects and utilizes the most gallery worthy pieces. Because log pieces are “the real deal”, some elements may become loose and dislodge (i.e. particles of bark) but should in no way be considered defective.

Each piece is protected by a clear spray sealer. Items are NOT food safe and are NOT recommended for outdoor use. Jennifer Something Art, Ruby Door Designs, and/or Jennifer Stoll are not liable for damages in shipping, misuse, or for food or outdoor use.

Each piece is hand painted. There will be natural variance in color or design as a result. (Human element.) This is proof of hand painted craftsmanship. Jennifer works very hard to ensure all orders containing multiple quantities of pieces with the same design are as similar as possible.

Prices, Product Fulfillment and Availability

Prices, designs, and items on this Website are subject to change without notice. Items are subject to availability not only because they are made-to-order, but because they are reclaimed and found in nature. Upon order submission, Jennifer will be completely transparent regarding stock availability and turn-around time. Average fulfillment can be 14 business days or more, with exception to busy holiday seasons where fulfillment time increases. If there is any delay in order fulfillment, you will be notified. You will not be invoiced until order fulfillment is complete.

Painting Gallery Designs

The designs made available on this Website for local paint parties are both Jennifer’s original designs and obtained by Jennifer via paid permission for the rights to use via Jennifer Something Art. Each design is copyright protected and trademarked, therefore available for use strictly by authorization. Use of these designs outside of authorization is strictly prohibited. All rights reserved.

Special or Custom Orders and Quotes

Special or custom orders require 50% down and 50% due at time of shipping. Quotes are available upon request. All custom designs will only proceed upon your approval. Jennifer can keep in contact with progress if requested. Please allow extra and ample time for custom requests.

Requests found to be outside the Scriptural standards contained in the Bible and the London Baptist Confession of Faith of 1689 will not be accomodated or honored. In no event shall Jennifer Something Art, Ruby Door Designs, Jennifer Stoll, nor related past, present, or future directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

We reserve all rights to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, turn away custom requests, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.
